In fact, there are many reasons for burning of print head of XinFlying sublimation printer. Most common factors are mainly following:
1. Voltage is too high. If voltage is too high, it is easy to burn print head, so be sure to provide a stable working voltage for XinFlying sublimation printer.
2. XinFlying sublimation printer head installation is not rigorous. If print head is not installed properly, for example, ribbon cable or other wiring is not connected properly, this will easily cause XinFlying sublimation printer to loosen during printing process, resulting in a short circuit.
3. Rupture of ink tube can easily cause XinFlying sublimation printer head to burn. If ink pipe is broken, ink is easy to drip on electric plate of print head, which will cause a short circuit and burn print head.
4. Excessive indoor humidity will also cause XinFlying sublimation printer head to burn. Because indoor air humidity is too high, it is easy to cause condensation on main board and print head, which will easily cause print head to be short-circuited and burned.
